Morning (28/3), Hoi An was officially inaugurated and put into operation system free Internet Wi-Fi wide coverage across the city.
These investment projects with total cost more than VND25 billion from the social capital of the Department of Information and Communications Quang Nam in collaboration with Computer Data Communication (VDC) Company  performance.

According to Le Van Giang - Hoi An City Chairman, with this deployment, Hoi An has become a pioneer city in Asia provide free Wi-Fi throughout the city.
With 350 broadcast coverage system at all points in the ancient town of Hoi An, which helps local people and visitors free Internet access, and promote the image of the City guide world.
It is known that this model will continue to be replicated in other tourist cities such as Ha Long, Vung Tau, ... Most recently, Quang Ninh province said 30 stations are installing Wi-Fi for free in Ha Long 2015 deployment will expand across the province.
