Tim Cook - Apple CEO and co-responsibility of the Gee-sung Choi of Samsung will meet in San Francisco court on Monday to try to arrange the dispute over the last several months concerning copyright issues.
Tim Cook and Choi Gee-sung has been a federal judge Lucy Koh to summonses late last month to participating in a negotiation, where both companies are expected to have argued vigorously to ensure defend opposing viewpoints. If no agreement is reached, the case will continue into July.
Battle of the patent has been initiated in California in April last year, when Apple accused of stealing Samsung has designed the iPhone and iPad a blatant way to use in its Galaxy product line. Samsung protest then sued by Apple has violated some of their patents. Since then, lawyers from both companies had to work continuously for more than 50 complaints filed over 10 countries.
The trial between the CEO will be presided over by Judge Joseph C. Spero, along with a team of two legal parties on their behalf to argue the issues in detail.
